Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data NGO Square processes and why. We collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Job alerts: your email address, the filters you choose and your language. Used only to send the alerts you asked for.
- Accounts (optional): your email address and a securely hashed password, plus the jobs you save.
- Contact and report forms: the information you send us, used to answer you.
- Technical logs: IP address and request details kept for a short period for security and abuse prevention.
What we don't do
- We don't collect job applications or CVs — you apply on the employer's own site.
- We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We don't use third-party tracking scripts.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie when you sign in and a security (CSRF) cookie for forms.
Your choices
Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can delete your account and all your alerts at any time from your account page, or ask us to delete any data by contacting us.
Volunteers and daily workers
If you register as a volunteer or daily worker we keep the details you give (name, phone number, email, governorate, skills, experience, availability and, if you choose, gender and year of birth). We verify your phone number with a code sent through Telegram; Telegram receives only the number and the code. Your details are shown only to the signed-in contacts of organizations registered on the site, and every search of the pool is recorded. You can hide your profile or delete it at any time from your volunteer profile.
