Tender Description

Plan International Syria invites qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and provision of school desks in Al-Hasakeh, Der ez Zor , Aleppo, Rural Hama, Idlib, Homs, Raqqa, Rural Damascus, Syria. This tender announcement supersedes and replaces the previous tender reference PIS-ITT-26-001 for the Supply and Provision of School Desks. Interested suppliers are requested to review the updated Tender Pack and submit their bids based on the revised requirements and conditions stated therein

The selected supplier will be responsible for manufacturing, supplying, transporting, and delivering school desks in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in the Tender Pack. The resulting contract will be a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) to facilitate the supply of school desks on an as-needed basis throughout the contract duration.

Bidders must provide clear Photos or samples of the offered school desks.

Tender Pack Collection

Interested suppliers may submit their sealed bids in person to Plan International Syria Office in Damascus, in accordance with the instructions and deadlines outlined in the Tender Pack.
