شروط وطريقة التقديم

تقديم العروض ضمن (3) مغلفات منفصلة: (إداري وحقوقي، فني وعينات، مالي).

تُوضع المغلفات داخل ملف شامل مختوم بالشمع الأحمر، مع ذكر اسم المنظمة ورقم المناقصة بوضوح.

تقديم تأمين أولي (محدد ضمن دفتر الشروط الحقوقي والمالي).

تقديم نماذج وعينات مطابقة تماماً للمواد المراد توريدها، حيث ستخضع للفحص الفني والمخبري.

آخر موعد لتقديم العروض والعينات: السبت 24/10/2026 الساعة 15:00 ظهراً.

معايير التقييم: الفني والعينات (40%) | اللوجستي (20%) | المالي (40%).

Subject: Supply of Food Baskets for Female-Headed Households (Widows, Persons with Disabilities, and Children with Cancer).

Syriana Al-Khair Organization announces a public tender and invites qualified major suppliers, wholesalers, and specialized companies to submit their bids for the supply of high-quality food baskets and dry commodities under a supply contract, according to the terms specified in the tender dossier.

Submission Guidelines

Bids must be submitted in three (3) separate envelopes: (Administrative/Legal, Technical & Samples, and Financial).

All envelopes must be enclosed in one sealed master envelope with red wax, clearly marked with the Organization's name and Tender Reference Number.

Submission of an initial security guarantee / bid bond (as specified in the legal and financial terms).

Submission of physical samples fully matching the specifications of the materials to be supplied, which will undergo technical and laboratory testing.
